My fiancé and I were looking to purchase our first home together about a year ago. We started our journey with a realtor from Douglas Elliman and weren't impressed with their responsiveness or commitment to us. After several months of searching for a home we started to become discouraged. Then we met Brandon! Brandon was extremely enthusiastic and ready to help us find our dream home. We did come across a few CO issues but Brandon worked diligently with the sellers agent to make sure the procedure for getting proper COs was followed accordingly. When it finally came time for our closing Brandon was there again as always to help guide us through a very exciting but also stressful experience. Brandon was extremely professional, supportive and dedicated to us. We couldn't have done it all without him guiding us in the right direction.
